Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of Minerva Sample, widow of Kirk J. Sample, late an acting assistant surgeon in the United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1898.
