February 9, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Barkentine, “Sharpshooter,” American register for. That the Commissioner of Navigation is hereby authorized and directed to cause the foreign-built barkentine Sharpshooter, owned by the J. F. Cunningham Company, organized under the laws of the State of California, to be registered as a vessel of the United States, under the name of Ruth. Approved, February 9, 1898.
