February 8, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be,Daniel Straw.Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the military record of Daniel Straw, late private of Company F, Twenty-sixth Massachusetts Volunteers, so as to remove the charge of desertion and grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other*Proviso*.No pay, etc. emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
