Hubbard.Granted honorable discharge.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the record of the War Department in the case of Samuel D. Hubbard, late captain of Company F, Twenty-seventh Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, so as to grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No pay, etc. no pay or allowances shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of this Act. Approved, February 8, 1899.
