February 4, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Rebecca Otis.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Rebecca Otis, widow of John Otis, late private, Company F, Twelfth Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of the pension that she is now receiving.
