Couch.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law’s, the name of Eli M. Couch, late of Company A, Brackett’s battalion, Minnesota Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1899.
