CHAP. 102.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Denison and Northern Railway Company to construct and operate a railway through the Indian Territory, and for other purposes.” March 29, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the provisions of sectionExtension of time to Denison and Northern Railway for construction of road, Indian Territory.Vol. 27, p. 339. eight of the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Denison and Northern Railway Company to construct and operate a railway through the Indian Territory, and for other purposes,” approved July thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be, and the same is hereby, extended for a further period of one year from the passage of this Act, together with all the rights granted and duties imposed thereby.
All acts andRepeal. parts of acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed. Approved, March 29, 1898.
