Freeman.Pension. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Freeman, widow of Andrew V. Pritchard, late a private in Company H, Second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, Mexican war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, December 20, 1898.
