Welles.Pension increased. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of George E. Welles, late colonel Sixty-eighth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, December 20, 1898.
