Chap. XXXII.— An Act supplementary to the act, entitled “An act to amend the act laying duties on licenses to retailers of wines, spirituous liquors, and foreign merchandise, and for other purposes.” Feb. 4, 1815. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Act of Aug. 22, 1813, ch. 39.Act of April 18, 1814, ch. 91. That the fourth section of the act, entitled “An act to amend the act laying duties on licenses to retailers of wines, spirituous liquors, and foreign merchandise, and for other purposes,” shall be construed to extend to and include any still, or boiler, or other vessel, used in distillation, burnt, or otherwise destroyed,Repealed by fourth section of Aug. 22, 1813, ch. 39. whether the burning or destruction shall have taken place before or since the passage of the above recited act.
