Chap. XXXI.— An Act fixing the time for the next meeting of Congress. July 27, 1813. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Congress to meet on the first Monday of December, 1813. That after the adjournment of the present session, the next meeting of Congress shall be on the first Monday in December next. Approved, July 27, 1813.
