[Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Second section of the act of 18th April, 1814, ch. 84, repealed. States of America, in Congress assembled,* That the second section 346FOURTEENTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 15, 18. 1817. of an act, entitled “An act concerning the pay of the officers, seamen, and marines, in the navy of the United States,” passed the eighteenth of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fourteen, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
