Chap. XCVI.— An Act making an additional appropriation for the service of the year one thousand eight hundred and fifteen. March 3, 1815. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Appropriation for certificates of registry of ships. That, for defraying the expense of preparing certificates of registry for ships and vessels, and for furnishing lists of crews, the sum of five thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1815.
