Chap. VII.— An Act making a partial appropriation for the subsistence of the army during the year one thousand eight hundred and seventeen.Jan. 22, 1817. [Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 40,000 dolls, appropriated. United States of America, in Congress assembled,* That towards the subsistence of the army for the year one thousand eight hundred and seventeen, there be appropriated the sum of four hundred thousand dollars, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, January 22, 1817.
