Chap. LXXIII.— An Act making further provision for completing the public buildings at West Point, for the accommodation of the Military Academy. March 3, 1815. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Act of July 5, 1790, ch. 26.Act of Jan. 22, 1811, ch. 7.Act of Jan. 5, 1813, ch. 8.Act of July 5, 1838, ch. 162, sec. 28, 29, 30. That the sum of twenty thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for completing buildings, and for providing an apparatus, a library, and all necessary implements, and for such contingent expenses as may be necessary and proper, in the judgment of the President of the United States, for the better support and accommodation of the Military Academy at West Point.
