Chap. CXXIX.— An Act providing an additional compensation to the district judge of the southern district of New York.April 27, 1816. [Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Additional compensation to the district judge of New York. States of America, in Congress assembled,* That there be paid to the district judge of the southern district of the state of New York, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars, for a compensation for his services in holding the courts of the United States, in the northern district of said state. Approved, April 27, 1816.
