CHAP. 86.— An Act For the relief of Michael Ryan. March 31, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Michael Ryan.Granted honorable discharge.That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke the order dishonorably discharging Private Michael Ryan, Company I, Fifth Regiment United States Infantry, on September twentieth, eighteen hundred and 712FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS.
