CHAP. 73.— An Act For relief of Augusta Tuller. January 20, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Augusta Tuller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Augusta Tuller, the daughter of Isaac Way, a Revolutionary soldier, said woman being now ninety years of age and dependent. Approved, January 20, 1897.
