CHAP. 71.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion and grant an honorable discharge to Helmuth F. Sœckel. January 20, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of War be,Helmuth F. Sceckel.Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing against the record of Helmuth F. Sœckel, late private Company C, Sixteenth Regiment Connecticut Volunteers, and grant an honorable discharge. Approved, January 20, 1897.
