CHAP. 43.— An Act Granting a pension to George W. Case, late private, Company B, Twenty-second New York Cavalry. March 4, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, George W. Case.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be. is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States the name of George W. Case, late a FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 43–45, 50, 61. 1896.709private of Company B, Twenty-second New York Cavalry, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lien of the pension now received by him under the Act of June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety, the pension hereby granted to date from the passage of this Act.
