CHAP. 428.— An Act For the relief of Arthur P. Selby. June 11, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theArthur P. Selby.Payment to. Treasury is hereby directed to pay to Arthur P. Selby the sum of nine hundred and forty-six dollars, being an amount paid into the Treasury by said Selby, as clerk of the United States circuit court of the eastern district of Missouri, by mistake on his part and on the part of the accounting officers of the Government. Approved, June 11, 1896.
