CHAP. 418.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaac N. Williams. March 3, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Isaac N. Williams.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 418–421. 1897. 833 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Act of JuneVol. 26, p. 182. twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety, the name of Isaac N.
Williams, Company F, First Regiment Michigan Engineers, and pay him a pension of twelve dollars per month. Received by the President, February 19, 1897. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
