CHAP. 411.— An Act For the relief of James A. Moore. June 10, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the proper accountingJames A. Moore.Allowance in accounts. officers of the Treasury are hereby authorized and directed to settle the accounts of James A. Moore for services rendered and expenses incurred as United States marshal for the district of Nevada from October twelfth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, the date of the expiration of his commission, until May fifteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, the date when his successor qualified, in the same manner as if section seven hundred and ninety-three of the Revised Statutes of the[R.
S., sec. 793, p. 149](/us/rs/s793/p149). United States, providing for ad interim appointments, had been complied with. Approved, June 10, 1896.
