CHAP. 408.— An Act For the relief of Abner Abercrombie. March 3, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Abner Abercrombie.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Abner Abercrombie, of Monroe County, Georgia, late a private in Captain Ashurst’s Company of Alabama Volunteers in the Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1897.
