CHAP. 405.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of War to improve and maintain the public roads within the limits of the national park at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. June 10, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Gettysburg National Park.Roads to be under Secretary of War.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized in his discretion to improve and maintain the public roads within the limits of the national park at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, over which jurisdiction has been or may hereafter be ceded to the United *Proviso*.States: *Provided*, That nothing contained in this Act shall be deemedFIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS.
