CHAP. 403.— An Act For the relief of Hattie A. Beach, dependent and helpless child of Erastus D. Beach, late a private in Company H, One hundred and forty-third New York Volunteers. March 3, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theHattie A. Beach.Pension. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to grant a pension, at the rate of twelve dollars a month, to Hattie A. Beach, dependent and helpless child of Erastus D. Beach, late private Company H, One hundred and forty-third New York Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1897.
