CHAP. 401.— An Act For the relief of Charles Deal. March 3, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theCharles Deal.Payment to. Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Charles Deal, late a deputy collector of customs at Champlain, New York, the sum of two hundred and forty dollars and four cents, for expenses incurred by him in the case of Hugh O’Hara against said Deal, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1897.
