CHAP. 400.— An Act Authorizing Herbert H. D. Peirce to accept a medal from the Russian Government. March 3, 1897. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Herbert H. D. Peirce.May accept medal from Russia. That Herbert H. D. Peirce, secretary of legation at Saint Petersburg, be, and he hereby is, authorized to accept a medal conferred upon him by the Imperial Russian Government in recognition of his services at the time of the coronation of the Czar. Approved, March 3, 1897.
