CHAP. 392.— An Act To pension the minor children of Patrick F. Reynolds. June 9, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Patrick F. ReynoldsPension to children of. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Act of Congress approved June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety, the names of the minor children of Patrick F.
Reynolds, deceased, late a member of Company H, First Connecticut Volunteer Cavalry, and to pay to their legal guardian the pension to which they would have been entitled under said Act had not the soldier left a widow surviving at the date of his death. Approved, June 9, 1896.
