CHAP. 391.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry Prince. June 9, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Henry Prince.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Prince, late private in companies commanded by Captains Christmas and Spirey, Georgia Volunteers, Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and that he pay him a pension of eight dollars per month from and after the passage of this Act. Approved, June 9, 1896.
