CHAP. 390.— An Act For the relief of Sophia Sparks and Julia C. Sparks, of Annapolis, Maryland. June 9, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theEdward Sparks.Payment to children of. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay jointly to 754 FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 390–393, 410. 1896.
Sophia Sparks and Julia G. Sparks, of Annapolis, Maryland, the sole heirs and surviving children of Edward Sparks, deceased, late of the same place, the sum of six hundred and seventy dollars and fifty-eight cents, in full payment for sundry supplies furnished by said Edward Sparks at various dates between January, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and July, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, to the United States Naval Academy.
