CHAP. 375.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mrs. William Loring Spencer. June 8, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * William Loring Spencer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place upon the pension roll the name of Mrs. William Loring Spencer, as widow of George E. Spencer, late colonel First Alabama Cavalry Volunteers, and pay her a pension of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which she now receives. Approved, June 8, 1896.
