CHAP. 374.— An Act Granting a pension to Mrs. Emily M. Van Derveer, widow of the late Brigadier-General Ferdinand Van Derveer. June 8, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Emily M. Van Derveer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll of the United States the name of Mrs. Emily M. Van Derveer, widow of the late Brigadier-General Ferdinand Van Derveer, at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, June 8, 1896.
