CHAP. 370.— An Act For the relief Thomas W. Scott, late United States marshal. March 2, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theThomas W. Scott.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Thomas W. Scott, late United States marshal eastern district of Virginia, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars, amount due him by reason of the custody of G. M. Bain, junior, of Norfolk, Virginia. Approved, March 2, 1897.
