CHAP. 368.— An Act For the relief of Solomon Hyams. June 6, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Solomon Hyams.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Solomon Hyams, of Charleston, South Carolina, Indian war survivor, to twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him, under certificate numbered thirteen hundred and fifty-two. Approved, June 6, 1896.
