CHAP. 367.— An Act For the relief of John F. McRae. March 2, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theJohn F. McRae.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John F. McRae, of the county of Telfair, in the State of Georgia, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four hundred and sixty-two dollars, for services rendered as deputy United States marshal of Georgia in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-nine. Approved, March 2, 1897.
