CHAP. 362.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion now standing against Henry H. Bailey. June 6, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Henry H. Bailey.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing against Henry H. Bailey, private of Company H, First Massachusetts Heavy Artillery, and record the fact that this soldier died on or about December twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, while in the service of the United States and in the line of duty. Approved, June 6, 1896.
