CHAP. 361.— An Act Granting a pension to Elmira E. Dustin. June 6, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Elmira E. Dustin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elmira E. Dustin, of Sycamore, widow of General Daniel Dustin, late colonel of One hundred and fifth Illinois Infantry Volunteers, and pay her a pension of fifty dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1896.
