CHAP. 359.— An Act Granting a pension to Elvin J. Brown. June 6, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Elvin J. Brown.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elvin J. Brown, a private of Captain George A. H. Blake’s Company A, Second Regiment of United States Dragoons, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month from the passage of this Act, in lieu of that which he now receives. Approved, June 6, 1896.
