CHAP. 352.— An Act For the relief of Daniel E. De Clute. March 1, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Daniel E. De Clute.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Daniel E. De Clute, late a private of Company B, Forty-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, March 1, 1897.
