CHAP. 350.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William T. Applegate. June 6, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * William T. Applegate.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of William T. Applegate, late private and second lieutenant in Company B, Twenty-eighth Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, June 6, 1896.
