CHAP. 35.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances E. Helfenstein. January 16, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theFrances E. Helfenstein.Pension. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances E. Helfenstein, widow of George W. Helfenstein, late first lieutenant and adjutant of the One hundred and seventy-third Ohio Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, January 16, 1897.
