CHAP. 349.— An Act To increase the pension of Peter Rafferty. June 6, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Peter Rafferty.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Peter Rafferty, late private in Company B, Sixty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll and to pay him forty-live dollars per month in lieu of the pension now paid him. Approved, June 6, 1896.
