CHAP. 347.— An Act For the relief of Hugh McLaughlin. February 27, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of War be,Hugh McLaughlin.Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue an honorable discharge to Hugh McLaughlin, late sergeant Company B, Fourth Regiment New Jersey Veteran Volunteer Infantry, to date from November twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, February 27, 1897.
