CHAP. 346.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth A. Sargent. June 6, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theElizabeth A. Sargent.Pension. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth A. Sargent, of Manchester, New Hampshire, dependent mother of Captain John B. Sargent, late of Company B, Tenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers, and pay her a pension of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1896.
