CHAP. 344.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma Weir Casey. February 27, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theEmma Weir Casey.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of Emma Weir Casey, widow of the late Brigadier-General Thomas Lincoln Casey, Chief of Engineers, United States Army, at the rate of fifty dollars a month. Approved, February 27, 1897.
