CHAP. 337.— An Act Granting relief to the heirs of Albert Augustine for property taken for the Cayuse war. February 26, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Albert Augustine.Payment to heirs of. That there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars, to be paid to the heirs of Albert Augustine, of Rose Hill, Iowa, for property taken for use of the United States Army in the Cayuse war, in eighteen hundred and forty-seven and eighteen hundred and forty-eight.
