June 3, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of War be,Elbridge McFadden.Granted honorable discharge. and he hereby is, authorized to correct the military record, remove the charge of desertion, and grant an honorable discharge to Elbridge McFadden, late of Company I, Thirty-eighth Regiment New York Volunteers.
