CHAP. 326.— An Act Granting a pension to Frederick A. Driscol. February 25, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Frederick A. Driscol.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick A. Driscol, late sergeant Company E, Twelth Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry, and Company I, FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS.
Sess. II. Chs. 326–330. 1897. 823 Ninth Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry, for a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, February 25, 1897.
