CHAP. 324.— An Act To correct the war record of David Sample. February 25, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * David Sample.Military record amended. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to so amend the records of the War Department as to remove the charge of mutiny, conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman, and disobedience and defiance of orders from his superior officers, from the record of Second Lieutenant David Sample, late of Company E, Fifteenth Michigan Infantry Volunteers, Granted honorable discharge.*Proviso.*No pay, etc,and that an honorable discharge be granted to the said David Sample: *Provided,* That no pay, emoluments or allowances be made to said David Sample.
